Mixed Nuts with melted jaggery

Recipe


Ingredients:

Fox nuts

Almonds

Walnuts

Sultanas

Shredded Coconut

Black roasted chic peas

Butter and Jaggery

+ any dry fruit of your choice


Method:

  1. Roast fox nuts and almonds in a pan until golden brown.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and sauté for a minute.

  3. Add butter and jaggery to the pan.

  4. Once slightly melted, serve in a dish.

You can store this mix for a long time and simply microwave again to eat warm.
