Turmeric Latte

Along with tasting heavenly - this latte has so many health benefits such as improving brain function, speeding healing process and protecting against heart diseases.

Ingredients

- 2 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1/4 tsp vanilla

- 1 tsp numeric

- 1 tsp dried ginger or chopped fresh ginger

- 1/4 tsp of black pepper

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

- 1 tbsp coconut oil


Method

Bring a cup of milk to boil. Once done, turn the stove off and add all the ingredients one by one and stir in a quick motion. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
