Green Tea

Green Tea

50 g of loose leaf tea

Serves 15 – 20 cups

  • Green tea is high in polyphenols called catechins.

One particularly powerful catechin in green tea is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which has been linked to many benefits, including slimming down and improved blood sugar control, as well as heart and oral health.

What’s more, green tea catechins like EGCG have been shown to have anti-inflammatory and blood-lipid-lowering effects, which may reduce your risk of heart disease.

It is delicious and easy to add to your diet. Try adding the tea to your diet to reap its impressive health benefits.

  • This tea is highly concentrated and 100 % organic - add 1-2 g of Green Tea per cup. Infuse in boiling water and steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Having a cup of tea in the morning can be an excellent ritual to start the day; also, having a cup after each meal can boost digestion and bloating.

Store in a cool, dry place.

This Essence Tea is not a food substitute. For maximum health benefits, it should be consumed in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet and exercise.
